Quick peach & custard pastry Print E-mail

Ingredients: (makes 12)  

1 sheet ready rolled puff pastry, defrosted

Carton of ready made custard

Tin of peaches

Brown sugar to sprinkle

 

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 210°C/fan 190°C and lightly spray a large baking sheet with water.

2. Unroll the puff pastry and cut the sheet into 12 squares.

3. Arrange the squares onto the prepared baking sheet and put a dollop of custard on each square.

4. Slice the peaches and put a few slices on each square.

5. Sprinkle with some brown sugar and bake for approx. 20 mins until golden.
