280g/10oz plain flour
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp dried yeast
50g/2oz butter, melted
1 egg, lightly beaten
100ml/3½ fl oz tepid milk
Handful of sultanas
Honey to glaze

Method:
1. Mix the flour, sugar and yeast in a large bowl.
2. Make a well in the centre and add butter, egg and milk.

7. Cover with cling film and leave to stand for 20 mins.
8. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C and bake the buns for 30 mins, then brush with a little honey and leave to cool.
