Ingredients: (makes 16)  250g/9 oz oats 100g/3½ oz mixed dried fruit 50g/2 oz desiccated coconut 25g/1 oz chopped almonds 25g/1 oz whole nut chocolate, chopped
1 x 397g can condensed milk
Method: 1. In a large bowl mix together all dry ingredients. 2. Warm the condensed milk in a small pan and pour into the bowl; stir well. 3. Press the mixture into an oiled 23x33cm baking tin. 4. Bake at 130°C/fan 110°C for an hour, leave to cool slightly and cut into 16 squares. Keep in an airtight container.
