Ingredients: (Makes 12) 170g/6oz plain flour 1 heaped tsp baking powder 110g/4oz caster sugar 110g/4oz margarine 3 eggs 2 tbsp cocoa powder Nutella
Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 190°C and line a muffin tin with cupcake paper cases. 2. Put all ingredients except Nutella into a bowl and beat until smooth. 3. Spoon half of the mixture into the cases, put a teaspoon of Nutella into each case and cover with the other half of the mixture. 4. Bake for 20 mins, leave to cool and serve sprinkled with some icing sugar.
