Ingredients:  225g/8oz plain flour 150g/5oz caster sugar 1 tsp baking powder 5 eggs 3 tbsp oil 400g/14oz seedless red grapes (you can also use plums cut into small pieces) oil for greasing icing sugar for dusting Method: 1. Dust the grapes with a little of the flour and put the rest of the flour together with baking powder and sugar into a bowl. 2. Add the eggs, one at a time and beat well. 3. Pour in the oil, mix and add the grapes into the mixture. 4. Grease a square tin, pour in the mixture and bake for 45-60mins at 180°C until golden. 5. Leave to cool, cut to slices, dust with sugar and serve.
