Ingredients: 280g/10oz self-raising flour ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp cinnamon 140g/5oz brown sugar 3 eggs, beaten 3 bananas, mashed 200g/7oz margarine, melted 110g/4oz walnuts, chopped Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C and grease a loaf tin. 2. In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon and sugar. 3. Make a well in the centre and add eggs, margarine and bananas. Mix together and add walnuts. 4. Put into the loaf tin and bake for approx. 1½ hours.
