Ingredients: 450g/16oz self-raising flour 225g/8oz soft margarine 225g/8oz caster sugar 4 eggs A little milk Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C. 2. Beat the margarine and sugar together until creamy. 3. Beat the eggs. 4. Add the flour and eggs gradually to the creamed margarine and sugar, beating well to avoid curdling. 5. If the mixture is dry add a little milk. 6. Divide the mixture into bun cases and bake for 20 mins.
