Ingredients:  100g/ 3½oz margarine or softened butter 2 eggs 250g/9oz icing sugar 300g/ 10½oz plain flour 4 tsp baking powder 3 tbsp coca powder 300ml/ ½pt milk Whipped cream & tinned fruit OR chocolate icing (optional) Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/fan 170°C and grease and flour a large baking tin. 2. Put margarine, eggs and sugar into a large bowl and beat until well blended. 3. Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa and add this into the bowl as well. 4. Finally add milk and beat everything together. 5. Bake for about 30-40 mins or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the cake. 6. Leave to cool and cut into squares. 7. You can drizzle the top with chocolate icing or just before serving put some whipped cream on each slice and top with a slice of tinned fruit (pineapple, peach etc.)
