Ingredients: (Serves 4) 4 pork gigot chops Coarse sea salt 2-3 tbsp mustard powder 2-3 tbsp Tabasco sauce Olive oil Method: 1. To make a marinade mix salt, mustard powder and Tabasco sauce with enough oil to make a paste. 2. Spread on both sides of the chops and leave to marinate for a few minutes. 3. Grill for 4-6 mins each side and serve with salad.
