Baby risotto (for babies from 4-6 months) |

Ingredients: (Serves 1)
2 tbsp rice
½ carrot
2 cauliflower florets
Little piece of chicken breast
1 tsp olive oil
Method:
1. Cook the rice in unsalted water until tender.
2. Steam the carrot, cauliflower and chicken breast together until tender.
3. Cut the cooked vegetables and meat into small pieces, stir in the rice and olive oil and blend with a hand mixer until smooth.
