Fish Surprise (for babies from 7 months) |

Ingredients: (Serves 2) 125g/1oz butter 1 tbsp plain flour 150ml/ ¼pt milk 110g/4oz cooked white fish 2 tbsp frozen peas, cooked Method: 1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, stir in the flour and cook for 2 mins. 2. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously. 3. Bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 5 mins. 4. Flake the fish and mash with the peas. Add in the white sauce according to desired texture and flavour.
