Kids potato and egg bake Print E-mail

Ingredients:

400g/14oz potatoes, cooked and sliced

50g/2oz grated cheese

3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

40g/1½ oz butter, melted

Little bit of milk

 

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C and grease an ovenproof dish.

2. Arrange the potato slices on the bottom of the dish, sprinkle with cheese and cover with sliced eggs. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, there should be a layer of potatoes on the top.

3. Pour the melted butter on top and bake for 10 mins, then pour in a little bit of milk and bake for another 10 mins. Serve with salad.
