Tomato and broccoli pasta (for babies from 7 months) |

Ingredients: 2 tbsp mini pasta shapes 1 tsp vegetable oil 1 thick slice of onion, finely chopped 1 tomato, peeled and finely chopped 1 broccoli floret, finely chopped Pinch of dried garlic Pinch of dried basil
Method: 1. Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling water until tender. 2. In the meantime heat the oil in a small pan, add onion and gently cook for a minute or two. 3. Add tomato, broccoli, garlic, basil and a good splash of water, cover and cook on a low heat for 10 mins (add more water if the mixture becomes too dry). 4. Stir the cooked pasta into the vegetables and serve.
