Ingredients: (Serves 1) 2 tbsp porridge oats 100ml/3½ fl oz milk 1 pear, peeled, cored and grated 1 tbsp milled flax seed 1-2 dried prunes, finely chopped
Method: 1. Put the oats in a small saucepan, add milk, bring to the boil and gently cook for a few mins, stirring. 2. Stir in the grated pear, flax seed and prunes. 3. Cook for another minute, adding a little more milk if it is too thick. Serve immediately.
