Ingredients:  

250ml/9fl oz fresh cream, whipped

1 tin of condensed milk (400g)

Handful of strawberries

Method:

1. Stir the condensed milk into the whipped cream.

2. Chop or blend the strawberries and stir into the creamy mixture.

3. Transfer to a bowl and put into a freezer.

4. Stir the ice cream every hour for the first 4-5 hours and then leave in the freezer  to set until ready to serve.
