Nutella & banana crêpes Print E-mail

Ingredients: (makes approx 8)  
175g/6oz plain flour
2 tbsp caster sugar
2 eggs
375ml/13 fl oz milk
1 tbsp oil
Nutella
Sliced bananas
Icing sugar

Method:
1. Put the flour into a bowl, add sugar, make a well in the centre and break in the eggs. Gradually pour in the milk, beating with a whisk until you get a smooth batter. Finally add the oil.
2. Wipe a frying pan with a little oil and make the crêpes. While they are still hot, spread Nutella on half of each crêpe, arrange banana slices on the same half and fold the other half over and then fold again. Serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
