Ingredients: (makes 8) 375ml/13 fl oz milk 75g/2½ oz oats 1 egg 80g/3 oz plain flour 1 tbsp honey Few drops of vanilla extract
Method: 1. Put the oats and milk in a bowl and leave to soak for a few mins. Then purée with a hand blender. 2. Whisk in the rest of the ingredients to make a smooth batter. 3. Fry pancakes, spread with your favourite jam, roll up and serve.
