Ingredients: (Serves 4) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 onion, finely chopped 400g/14oz frozen prawns 1 clove garlic, sliced Freshly chopped chives Oregano Salt, pepper 100ml/ 3½ fl oz white wine 100g/ 3½ oz ketchup Lemon juice Method: 1. Heat the oil in a pan and cook onion for few mins until soft. 2. Add prawns, garlic, chives, oregano, salt and pepper and fry for another few mins. 3. Pour in the wine, ketchup and lemon juice, stir well and simmer for a few mins until the prawns are cooked. 4. Serve with some crusty white bread.
