Ingredients: (Serves 2)  1 pack of gnocchi (500g) ½ onion, chopped 1 tbsp olive oil 1-2 cloves garlic, finely sliced Large tin of tuna, drained Tin of chopped tomatoes 4 slices of cheddar Salt, pepper Method: 1. Cook the gnocchi according to the packet instructions. 2. Heat the oil in a pan, add onion and gently cook for 3 mins. 3. Add garlic and cook for another 2 mins. 4. Add tuna, tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 5 mins. 5. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C and lightly grease 2 small shallow ovenproof dishes. 6. Stir the cooked gnocchi into the tomato and tuna mixture and divide between the dishes. 7. Top each dish with 2 slices of cheese and bake for 10 mins until the cheese is golde.
