Ingredients: (Serves 2)  2 eggs, hard-boiled 1 x 185g can tuna, drained 2 tomatoes, chopped 25g/1oz pitted black olives, chopped 1-2 tbsp ready-made French dressing 25g/1oz green salad leaves 2 soft flour tortillas Method: 1. Roughly chop the eggs and mix together with tuna, tomatoes, olives and dressing. 2. Divide the salad leaves between the tortillas, spoon the tuna mixture along the middle of each one, roll up firmly and serve.
