Wedges with tuna & cheese |

Ingredients: (Serves 2-3)  1 pack (750g) frozen wedges 4 tbsp mayonnaise 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 large tin tuna, drained 100g/3½ oz grated cheddar Oil
Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 190°C and drizzle a large baking sheet with oil. 2. Spread the wedges evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 20 mins. 3. Mix together mayonnaise, onion, tuna and half of the cheese and stir the mixture into the wedges. 4. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and return to the oven for further 10 mins until golden. Serve with salad.
