Ingredients: (Serves 4) 250ml/9fl oz milk 4 eggs 4 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tsp mustard 4 slices of bread, soaked in water 1 tin tuna, drained 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs 100g/3½oz grated cheddar Salt, pepper
Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a large ovenproof dish. 2. Beat together milk, eggs, mayonnaise and mustard in a large bowl. 3. Squeeze the water out of the bread and crumble it into the egg mixture together with tuna, onion and herbs. 4. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to the ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for approx 30 mins until set and golden. Serve with chips and salad.
