Ingredients: (Serves 4)  4 large pork chops Salt, pepper 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp flour 300ml/ ½pt vegetable stock 2 tsp soy sauce 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp chopped parsley Method: 1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, season the chops with salt and pepper and fry them for 8-10 mins until browned and cooked through. Then remove from the pan. 2. Add flour to the pan, stir well and slowly pour in the stock stirring continuously, dissolving any lumps. 3. Add soy sauce and simmer for 2 mins, then add butter and parsley. 4. Return the chops to the pan, coat in the sauce and heat through. 5. Serve with potato puree and some side salad.
