Ingredients: (Serves 4)  1 kg/2lb 3oz potatoes 1 tbsp oil 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, crushed 500g/1 lb 2oz minced beef 1 tsp oregano 1 tin chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp ketchup 500g/1 lb 2oz white cabbage, chopped 200g/7 oz crème fraîche 150g/5½ oz grated cheese Salt, pepper Method: 1. Boil the potatoes (leave the skin on), then peel and slice them. 2. Heat the oil in a large pan, add onion and fry for 2-3 mins. 3. Add garlic and minced beef, season with salt and pepper and fry for 5-6 mins, stirring frequently. 4. Add oregano, tomatoes and ketchup and cook for 2-3 mins. 5. Stir in the cabbage, cover and cook for another 20 mins (add a little bit of water if the mixture starts sticking to the bottom of the pan) 6. Preheat the oven to 210°C/fan 190°C and grease an ovenproof dish. 7. Arrange half of the cooked potato slices on the bottom of the dish, spread over the meat and cabbage mixture and cover with the remaining potato slices. 8. Spread the crème fraîche on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 20-30 mins.
