Sausages with apples and mustard |

Ingredients: (Serves 4)  8 jumbo sausages 2 onions, sliced 2 apples, cored and cut into wedges 300ml/ ½pt cider 1 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp mustard Method: 1. Heat a large non-stick pan, add sausages and cook for 8-10 mins, turning frequently, until cooked through. Remove from pan. 2. Add the onions and apples to the pan and cook for 5 mins. 3. Blend the cornflour with the cider, add to the pan, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 mins. 4. Stir in the mustard, return the sausages to the pan and cook for further 2 mins. Serve with mash.
