Ingredients: (Serves 4)
4 pork gigot chops 1 tsp dried garlic Salt, pepper 2 tbsp oil 2 onions, cut into thick slices 6 tbsp sour cream (crème fraîche) 1-2 tbsp chopped parsley Method: 1. Season the chops with garlic, salt and pepper. 2. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the chops and fry on a high heat for 2-3 mins on both sides until browned. 3. Turn the heat down, add onions, cover and cook on a low heat for approx 40 mins until the meat is tender. 4. Stir in the sour cream and parsley, heat through and serve with potatoes or rice.
