Ingredients: (Serves 4) 
500g/1 lb 2oz minced beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
3 tsp cornflour
2 large potatoes, cooked, peeled and grated
Salt, pepper
150ml/ ¼pt fresh cream
Dried breadcrumbs
Sauce:
250ml/9fl oz fresh cream
150ml/ ¼pt beef stock
1 tbsp mustard
2 tsp cornflour
Method:
1. In a large bowl mix together minced beef, onion, egg, cornflour, grated potatoes, salt and pepper.
2. Shape 16 meatballs from the mixture.
3. Dip each meatball in cream and then coat in breadcrumbs.
4. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C and grease a baking tin.
5. Transfer the meatballs into the baking tin and bake for 40-45 mins, turning occasionally.
6. When the meatballs are cooked, remove them from the baking tin and set aside.
7. Put all the ingredients for sauce into the baking tin and stir well.
8. Return the meatballs into the baking tin and cover with the sauce.
9. Return to oven for 5 mins to heat through and serve with chips and cranberry sauce.
