Ingredients: (Serves 4)  4 pork chops 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp salt 2 tbsp paprika 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp dried oregano 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed Method: 1. Mix together olive oil, salt, paprika, thyme, oregano and garlic to make a paste. 2. Spread over the meat and leave to marinate for a while (ideally overnight). 3. Fry on a non-stick pan for 4-5 mins each side (depending on the thickness of chops) until browned and cooked through. Serve with potato puree or chips.
