Ingredients: (Serves 2-3)  5 large potatoes, peeled and diced 110g/4oz broccoli, cut into small florets 1 tin of chopped pork & ham, diced 1 tbsp chopped parsley 250ml/9 fl oz fresh cream 1 egg, beaten 110g/4oz grated cheddar Salt, pepper Method: 1. Put the potatoes in a pan of salted boiling water and cook for 5 mins, then add broccoli and cook for further 5 mins; drain. 2. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C and grease an ovenproof dish. 3. Transfer the potatoes and broccoli into the dish, add the diced pork & ham, parsley, season with salt and pepper and mix together. 4. Mix together fresh cream and egg and pour into the dish. 5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 15-20 mins until golden.
