Chops in cheese Print E-mail

Ingredients: (Serves 3)  

3 pork chops

100g/3½ oz grated cheddar

3 tbsp plain flour

1 tsp paprika

2 eggs, beaten

Oil for frying

 

Method:

1. Place the pork chops onto a chopping board, cover with cling film and flatten with a rolling pin or a meat mallet.

2. Mix together grated cheddar, flour and paprika in a shallow bowl. Put the beaten eggs into another shallow bowl.

3. Dip the pork chops in the cheese mixture first, then into the beaten eggs and then coat in the cheese mixture again.

4. Fry on a medium heat for approx 5 mins each side until golden and cooked through. Serve with potatoes.
