Ingredients: (Serves 4) 4 large pork gigot chops 4 slices ham 1 onion, sliced 1 pepper, sliced Grated cheese Ketchup Salt, pepper
Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C and grease a large baking tin. 2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper and place them on the baking tray. 3. Put a slice of ham on each pork chop, then onion slices, pepper slices, top with a generous amount of grated cheese and a squirt of ketchup. 4. Bake in the oven for approx 35 mins or until tender.
