Ham & pea gnocchi Print E-mail

Ingredients: (Serves 4)  
2 packets of gnocchi
250ml/9fl oz fresh cream
2 handfuls of frozen peas
100g/3½ oz ham, chopped
100g/3½ oz grated cheddar

Method:
1. Cook the gnocchi in a pan of boiling water until they rise to the surface; drain.
2. Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce the temperature, add one third of the grated cheese and stir until it’s melted.
3. Stir in the peas and ham, then pour over the cooked gnocchi and stir to combine.
4. Transfer the mixture into a large ovenproof dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake at 220°C/fan 200°C for approx 15-20 mins until golden.
