Cauliflower & ham bake Print E-mail

Ingredients: (Serves 3-4)  
1 cauliflower, broken into florets
200g/7oz cooked ham, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
100ml/3½ fl oz fresh cream
150g/5½ oz grated cheddar
Salt

Method:
1. Cook the cauliflower in a pan of salted boiling water until nearly tender; drain.
2. Preheat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease a large ovenproof dish.
3. Put the cauliflower together with the ham into the prepared dish and season lightly with salt.
4. Mix together eggs and cream with half of the grated cheese and pour into the dish.
5. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake for approx 25 mins until set and golden. Serve with potatoes.
