Ingredients: (Serves 2-3) ½ onion, finely chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed Small bunch of parsley, chopped 400g minced beef 1 tbsp plain flour 1 tsp mustard 4 eggs 1 pot crème fraîche ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp dried marjoram Salt, pepper
Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a large ovenproof dish. 2. In a large bowl mix together onion, garlic, parsley, minced beef, flour, mustard and 1 egg. 3. Season well with salt and pepper and roll the mixture into 6 meatballs. 4. Arrange the meatballs into the prepared dish. 5. Beat the remaining 3 eggs with the crème fraîche, add paprika, marjoram and a pinch of salt. 6. Pour this mixture over the meatballs and bake for 30-35 mins until golden. Serve with potatoes.
