Ingredients: (Serves 3) 1 pack of baby potatoes, halved 1 pack of pork steak, cut into chunks 1 pack of streaky bacon rashers, chopped 1 onion, thickly sliced Grill/barbecue seasoning Oil
Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with tin foil. 2. Put the potatoes in a bowl, add some oil and grill seasoning and stir well until the potatoes are nicely coated. Transfer to the baking tray. 3. Now do the same with the pork steak, coat with oil and grill seasoning, then arrange on top of the potatoes. 4. Sprinkle with chopped bacon and sliced onion, cover with another sheet of tin foil and bake for approx 45 mins or until the meat and potatoes are tender.
