Ingredients: (Serves 3)  1kg/2lb 3oz salad potatoes 150g/5½ oz German cooked pork sausage (from Lidl or Aldi), chopped 1 tin of peas, drained 1 small tin of sweetcorn, drained 3 eggs 100ml/3½ fl oz milk 100g/3½ oz grated cheddar 1 tsp dried marjoram Salt
Method: 1. Boil the potatoes with the skin on, then peel and chop. 2. Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a large ovenproof dish. 3. Put the chopped potatoes into the prepared dish, add sausage, peas and sweetcorn. Season with salt and sprinkle with marjoram. 4. Mix together eggs and milk with a pinch of salt and pour into the dish. 5. Bake for 15 mins, then sprinkle with cheese and bake for further 10-15 mins until set and golden.
