Ingredients: (Serves 2-3) ½ onion, finely chopped 2 tbsp oil 1 tin chopped pork and ham, cut into cubes 250g/9oz mixed frozen veg 1 tin cream of chicken or mushroom soup Salt, pepper
Method: 1. Heat the oil in a pan, add onion and meat and fry for 3-4 mins, stirring frequently. 2. Add frozen veg and tin of soup, cover and simmer for approx 20 mins or until the vegetables are tender. 3. Season to taste and serve with potatoes.
