Mince rolls in cream sauce |

Ingredients: (Serves 3) 450g/1 lb pork or turkey mince 2 eggs 9 thin slices of ham 200ml/7fl oz fresh cream 2 tbsp ketchup 100g/3½oz grated cheddar Salt, pepper
Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease a baking dish. 2. Put the mince and eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper and mash well with your hands. Shape into 9 sausages. 3. Put each sausage on a slice of ham and roll up. 4. Arrange the rolls into the prepared baking dish, mix together the cream and ketchup and pour over the rolls. 5. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for 30-35 mins. Serve with mashed potatoes.
