Ingredients: (Serves 3) 3 pork gigot chops 1 large onion, sliced 250ml/9fl oz fresh cream Salt, pepper
Method: 1. Put the sliced onion on the bottom of a baking dish and arrange the pork chops on top. Season well with salt and pepper. 2. Pour over the fresh cream and bake at 175°C for about an hour until the meat is tender. Serve with potatoes or rice.
