Quick pork ragu Print E-mail

Ingredients: (Serves 2)  
400g/14oz pork fillet, cut into cubes
1 tbsp oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbsp paprika
100ml/3½ fl oz ketchup
200ml/7fl oz fresh cream
Salt, pepper

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion for 1-2 mins.
2. Season the pork with salt and pepper, add to the pan, sprinkle with paprika and fry until sealed, stirring.
3. Pour in the ketchup and cream, stir well, cover and cook for 5-10 mins until cooked through. Serve with rice or pasta.
