Pork chops marinated in mayo |

Ingredients: (Serves 4) 4 pork loin chops 1 egg 3 heaped tbsp mayonnaise ½ tsp crushed caraway seeds ½ tsp soy sauce Few drops Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp corn flour Salt, pepper
Method: 1. Put all ingredients except the meat into a shallow bowl and mix well with a whisk or fork. 2. Add pork chops and cover well with the marinade. Leave to marinate in the fridge overnight (or at least several hours). 3. Fry in a little oil on both sides until tender and serve with chips.
