Ingredients: (Serves 3) 16 sausages ½ pack streaky bacon rashers, chopped ½ onion, chopped 1 tin baked beans ½ tin chopped tomatoes For mash: potatoes, butter, milk, salt Olive oil to drizzle
Method: 1. Fry the sausages in some oil for 10 mins, turning frequently. 2. Add bacon and onion to the pan and fry for another 5 mins. 3. Tip in the beans and tomatoes and take off the heat. 4. Prepare the mashed potatoes as usual. 5. Put the sausage mixture into an ovenproof dish and top with mashed potatoes. 6. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake at 200°C for 30-40 mins until golden.
