Egg-free tagliatelle carbonara |

Ingredients: (Serves 4)
225g/8oz tagliatelle pasta 150ml/ ¼pt fresh cream 150ml/ ¼pt natural yoghurt 4 tbsp milk 4-5 tbsp parsley, chopped 25g/1oz grated cheddar 75g/3oz wafer thin ham, cut into strips Salt, pepper Method: 1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. 2. Put the cream, yoghurt, milk and cheddar in a large pan. 3. Heat very gently until the cheese has melted. 4. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper. 5. Add ham and the cooked pasta to the pan, mix together and serve.
