Ingredients: (Serves 4)  500g pack pasta shapes 85g/3oz asparagus or green beans, cut into 2 inch length 300g/10½ oz cream cheese 200ml/7 fl oz milk 250g/9oz smoked salmon, cut into strips 3 tbsp chives, snipped Lemon wedges and sprigs of dill to garnish Method: 1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on pack. Add the asparagus or green beans 3 mins before the end of cooking time. 2. Meanwhile stir the cream cheese and milk together. 3. Drain the pasta and asparagus, put back into the hot pan and stir in the cream cheese mixture. 4. Warm through, stirring constantly for 2 mins. 5. Stir in the smoked salmon, spoon onto plates and sprinkle with chives. 6. Garnish with lemon wedges and sprigs of dill.
