Creamy smoked salmon tagliatelle |

Ingredients: (Serves 4) 350g/12oz tagliatelle 250ml/9 fl oz crème fraîche 250g/9 oz baby spinach 300g/10½ oz smoked salmon, sliced 2 tbsp chopped parsley 2 tbsp lemon juice Salt, pepper Method: 1. Cook the pasta in a pan of salted boiling water until just tender. 2. Gently heat the crème fraîche in a large saucepan, season well and add the baby spinach. 3. Heat through until the spinach has just wilted and the crème fraîche is piping hot. 4. Fold in the salmon, drained pasta, parsley and lemon juice and serve.
