Ingredients:

340g/12oz pasta

1 tbsp olive oil

1 onion, chopped

4 chicken fillets, chopped

Salt, pepper

1 pepper, chopped

3 tsp green pesto

Method:

1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the pack.

2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan, add onion and fry for 2 mins.

3. Add the chopped chicken, season with salt and pepper and fry for 8-10 mins.

4. Add the chopped pepper, pasta and pesto sauce, stir and cook for a further 5 mins.
