Ingredients: (Serves 3)  400g/14oz spaghetti 1 tbsp oil 1 onion, chopped 400g/14oz minced beef 1 jar tomato pasta sauce 1 tbsp dried basil Salt, pepper Grated cheese to serve Method: 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet. 2. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the onion and cook for 2-3 mins. 3. Add the minced beef and cook stirring for approx 5 mins until there is no pink in the meat. 4. Pour in the tomato sauce, add a splash of water, salt, basil, cover and cook for 15 mins, stirring occasionally. 5. Stir in the drained spaghetti and serve topped with grated cheese.
