Tortellini with tomato sauce |

Ingredients: (Serves 2) 200g/7oz tortellini 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tbs olive oil 2 cloves garlic, crushed 85g/3oz ketchup 40g/1½ oz olives 1 tsp oregano 60g/2oz grated cheese Salt, pepper Method: 1. Cook tortellini according to the instructions on packet. 2. Heat the oil in a pan, add onion and cook for 3-4 mins. 3. Add garlic and cook for another minute. 4. Add ketchup, olives and oregano and cook for 5 mins. 5. Stir in the cheese and cook until it melts. 6. Add the cooked tortellini, season to taste and serve.
