Ingredients: (Serves 4)  500g/1 lb 2oz fusilli pasta 2 tbsp olive oil 2 chicken breast filets, chopped 1 leek, sliced 300g/10½ oz tinned sweetcorn 500ml/17½ fl oz fresh cream 100g/3½ oz grated cheese Salt, pepper Method: 1. Cook the pasta in a pan of salted boiling water; drain. 2. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the chopped chicken breasts and fry for 3 mins. 3. Add leek and fry for another 3 mins, then add sweetcorn and cook for further 2 mins. 4. Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper and cook for 4-5 mins. 5. Stir in half of the grated cheese and the cooked pasta. 6. Serve topped with the remaining cheese.
