Ingredients: (Serves 4) 500g/1 lb 2oz spaghetti 4 cloves garlic, finely sliced 5 tbsp olive oil 1-2 tbsp chopped parsley Salt, pepper Method: 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on pack. 2. Heat the oil in a pan, add garlic, lower the heat and gently cook for a minute or two. 3. Stir in the cooked spaghetti and parsley, season with salt and pepper and serve with salad.
